These terms govern use of the LeeWard portal (this site) and apply as the company-wide baseline for LeeWard's products — currently wherewhen, WardStock, and staywhy. Where a product carries its own supplemental terms page (for example, WardStock's Terms of Service, which covers things specific to that app), that page governs use of that product; this page is what everything else sits on.
LeeWard and its products are built and operated for personal, non-commercial use by their owner. They are not licensed, offered, or made available to any other individual or organization, are not offered for sale, licensing, resale, or any commercial purpose, and — unless a specific product's own terms state otherwise — are not intended for use by anyone other than the owner.

Products that touch operational or health data (wherewhen, WardStock) are personal record-keeping and analysis tools, not diagnostic or control systems, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or control anything on their own.

Where a LeeWard product connects to third-party services (such as the Oura Ring API) at the owner's direction, use of those services remains subject to that third party's own terms. Such use is limited to retrieving the owner's own data for the owner's own records.
